("Campfire Labs," "we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, stores, and protects personal and business information ("Information") when you access or use our software-as-a-service platform, websites, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

Campfire Labs collects Information in the following categories:

Payment card or billing details are processed securely by third-party payment processors; Campfire Labs does not store full card numbers.

Text, metadata, and interaction data transmitted to AI providers or internal analytics systems to generate insights, summaries, or recommendations.
3. How We Use Information
We use Information to:
• Provide and maintain the Services, including hosting, security, and user support.
• Authenticate users and manage accounts, subscriptions, and billing.

Campfire Labs may also use aggregated or anonymized data for analytics, benchmarking, or marketing insights. Such data contains no personally identifiable or confidential content.
4. Legal Basis for Processing (U.S. Context)
Campfire Labs processes Information under legitimate business interests, contractual necessity, and legal compliance. Users outside the United States acknowledge that this Policy is governed by U.S. law and that Campfire Labs is not presently obligated to comply with non-U.S. data protection regimes such as the GDPR or UK DPA.
5. Sharing and Disclosure of Information
We may disclose Information as follows:
Service Providers. To trusted third-party vendors (e.g., hosting, payment, analytics, or AI processing partners) under binding confidentiality and data-protection terms.
Integrations. When you enable third-party integrations (e.g., Zoom), information may be shared with those providers as required for functionality.

Campfire Labs does not sell personal information.
6. AI Data Processing
Third-Party AI Vendors. Campfire Labs may transmit de-identified or relevant user input to AI providers such as OpenAI to generate insights, summaries, or recommendations.
Internal Models. Aggregated and anonymized data may be used to train or refine Campfire Labs' proprietary AI models.
Implied Consent. By using AI-powered features, you consent to the processing described herein.
All AI processing is subject to strict confidentiality and access controls.
7. Data Retention
Campfire Labs retains Information only as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes. Upon account termination, data may be deleted or anonymized according to Campfire Labs' data-retention policies, except where retention is required by law or legitimate business need.
8. Data Security
Campfire Labs employs administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect Information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
Measures include encryption in transit, network segmentation, multi-tenant data isolation, and access controls.
While we maintain robust security, no system can guarantee absolute protection.
9. Data Hosting and International Transfers
All data is stored and processed in the United States.
By using the Services, you acknowledge that your Information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, which may have data-protection laws different from those of your jurisdiction.
Campfire Labs does not currently certify or comply with GDPR, UK DPA, or other non-U.S. regimes unless expressly agreed under a separate enterprise data-processing agreement.

The Services are not directed to or intended for individuals under 18. Campfire Labs does not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided Information, contact privacy@campfirelabs.io for prompt deletion.

In the event of a data breach involving your Information, Campfire Labs will promptly investigate, mitigate, and notify affected customers and regulators as required by applicable law.
